If a task's script has a ".pp" file extension, then bolt will execute the task using "C:\Program Files\Puppet Labs\puppet\bin\puppet apply" on the remote Windows nodes. For *nix nodes, the task should specify which interpreter to use via the shebang line, e.g. "#!/opt/puppetlabs/puppet/bin/puppet apply".
