      Description

When using the bolt_shim module to upload files/scripts, we currently pass the file content as a task parameter. That causes it to be stored in the orchestrator database, taking up
space and allowing it to be viewed later.

To avoid potentially exposing file content, we should add the task parameters to the metadata file and mark them "sensitive" as appropriate.
