      Description

      If our FOSS apt/yum repos will host packages for Ubuntu 20.04 (x64), build and ship a puppetlabs-release package (from the appropriate repo branch(es)) to support the new platform. The release package should be shipped when we begin to ship nightly builds for the new platform.
