    Description

      FACT-1348 removed win32-security related code from Facter. With the intent to:

      • Release a Puppet 5 gem that doesn't
      • Release a Facter 2.5 gem to be used in certain Puppet 5 workflows (gem based, source development on Puppet itself, module development)

      Now is the time to remove the actual dependency from the Facter gem as well.
