    Description

      This EPIC is to capture work to update Facter 4 so that it functions the same as previous version to avoid PE customers running into these issues when they upgrade to LTS: 

      • Support built-in Windows Commands
      • Support YAML anchors 
      • Stack trace on invalid facts.d entry
