       AC-1: appveyor.yml removed from all supported modules
       AC-2: .travis.yml removed from all supported modules
       AC-3: .github/workflows/spec.yml added to all supported modules

    Description

      Now that we have spec tests running in Github Workflows as part of the pdk-template repo, we should:

      • Remove the AppVeyor config
      • Remove the TravisCI config
      • Add the spec Github Workflow

      ...to all supported modules using a pdk update with pdksync.

      Please also note IAC-1530 if a pdksync is being performed across all modules.
