    Description

      There has been some initial effort into creating automated templates for the Windows Virtual Machine Templates, initially for VMPooler and now possibly SLICE, using Packer. This work will be a collaboration between RE, QE/QA and the Windows Team. This epic will cover of all of the tasks for this piece of work.

      This ticket has also adopted the tickets originally in the Epic RE-7386 (Create cygwin-less Windows Pooler Templates)
