Window 2012r2 not initialising with VMPooler

This is the latest image deployment.
The post-clone script isn't running as the auto-logon isn't set correctly.

This will have to be corrected on all OS's prior to Win-2016.

The fix is straightforward - add the following command to all the config-cmware-vsphere-cygwin.ps1 scripts:

# Re-Enable AutoAdminLogon

autologon -AcceptEula Administrator . PackerAdmin
