Windows 7, 8.1 and 2008r2 images fail to initialise with vmpooler

The following images are affected

1. win-2008r2
2. win-7
3. win-8.1

The issue is with the OOBE/Sysprep operation - the host boots up and requests further initialisation information - this is likely due to missing or incorrect parameters in the generalize-packer.autounattend.xml file
