    Description

      There's a mechanism we're not using to ship per-architecture gems. As an example from puppet:

      http://rubygems.org/gems/puppet/versions/3.6.2-x86-mingw32

      This would allow for the win32 dependencies to be correctly specified for the win32 gem.
