      Description

Module Version: v2.2.0 and tested with commit 2bf6bc 06-02-2020
      Puppet Version: 6.7.2
      OS Name/Version: CentOS 7 3.10.0-1062.9.1.el7.x86_64

      Desired Behavior:

Purge manually added duplicated rules with duplicated comment message and purge rules with different values with duplicate comment message.

      Actual Behavior:

Firewall doesn't purge rules with the same comment, even if value dports is different.

Note: The duplicated rules are added manually!

      Example config:

      firewall

      { "200 test1 0.0.0.0/0":   chain => 'INPUT',   source => 80,   proto => 'tcp',   action => 'accept', }

Afterwards I added two different rules with the same comment message manually.
After a puppet run the manually added rules still exist.

      Output puppet run:

      Info: Using configured environment 'dev_env'
      Info: Retrieving pluginfacts
      Info: Retrieving plugin
      Info: Retrieving locales
      Info: Loading facts
      Info: Caching catalog for masked-host
      Info: Applying configuration version '1581417486'

Notice: Applied catalog in 8.70 seconds

      Output iptables-save (partially)

       -A INPUT -p tcp -m multiport --dports 443 -m comment --comment "200 test1 0.0.0.0/0" -j ACCEPT

      -A INPUT -p tcp -m multiport --dports 443 -m comment --comment "200 test1 0.0.0.0/0" -j ACCEPT

      -A INPUT -p tcp -m multiport --dports 80 -m comment --comment "200 test1 0.0.0.0/0" -j ACCEPT
