Create task that shows the output of puppet facts diff

In 6.20.0 we've shipped a new experimental command: puppet facts diff that displays the differences between facter 3 and facter 4. We need to create a bolt task in puppetlabs-puppet_agent module that is able to call this command on a remote node.
