      Description

      Basic Info
      Module Version: 4.8.0
      Puppet Version: 6.23.0
OS Name/Version: macOS 11.5.2 (Big Sur)

Describe your issue in as much detail as possible...

Desired Behavior: Module installs Puppet agent on macOS 11 Big Sur node

Actual Behavior: Installation fails out on Puppet run because there is a discrepancy between package versioning

On the (Centos 7 PE 2019.8.7) Puppet server, the package is there:

      [michael.hashizume@itpe-master-prod-1 ~]$ ls /opt/puppetlabs/server/data/packages/public/2019.8.7/osx-11-x86_64
      puppet-agent-6.23.0-1.osx11.dmg

      **

But on Puppet runs, the node looks for (and fails to find) a package of a different name:

      $ sudo puppet agent -t
      Info: Using configured environment 'workstation_staging'
      Info: Retrieving pluginfacts
      Info: Retrieving plugin
      Info: Retrieving locales
      Info: Loading facts
Error: Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 500 on SERVER: Server Error: Could not get metadata for puppet:///pe_packages/2019.8.7/osx-11-x86_64/puppet-agent-6.23.0-1.osx11.5.dmg
Warning: Not using cache on failed catalog
Error: Could not retrieve catalog; skipping run

It looks like this is due to some difference between the agent and server in how it determines macOS's major version. The PE server (correctly) labels 11 as the major version, the node uses 11.5 instead.

Please take a moment and attach any relevant log output and/or manifests. This will help us immensely when troubleshooting the issue.
