Setting names with leading/trailing spaces cannot be updated/deleted

      Description

      When applying an ini_setting with a setting name containing a leading or trailing whitespace, the setting will be created.. but unable to be updated or deleted.

      e.g.
      ini_setting

      { " foo": ensure => present, path => '/tmp/test.conf', section => 'global', setting => ' foo', value => 'bar', }

      [root@centos-64-x64 tmp]# cat test.conf

      [global]
      foo = bar

      ini_setting

      { " foo": ensure => absent, path => '/tmp/test.conf', section => 'global', setting => ' foo', }

      [root@centos-64-x64 tmp]# cat test.conf

      [global]
      foo = bar

      ini_setting

      { " foo": ensure => present, path => '/tmp/test.conf', section => 'global', setting => ' foo', value => 'barbaz', }

      [root@centos-64-x64 tmp]# cat test.conf

      [global]
      foo = bar
      foo = barbaz
