Decide on minimum requirements for Chocolatey Module

    Description

      The metadata for the Chocolatey module appears out of date e.g. reference to Puppet 2.7. The minimum requirements for this module need to be decided and the metadata and CI pipelines adjusted accordingly;

      Current issues

      • Windows Server 2003 spec tests are failing
      • Puppet 3.4.0 tests are failing
