Enable sqlserver:tsql to run a sql script from a file

      Description

      The only ways to run a sql script from the filesystem right now is to use an exec block that calls "SQLCMD.EXE" or a tsql command that effectively does the same thing in it's command.

      FYI: Running ":r filename.sql" does not work in tsql => command parameter.

      It would be great if there was a new parameter that allowed passing a file path to run.
