Description
In PA-663 it was found the the file lock on opened on puppetres.dll was causing part of the network stack to restart unexpectedly.
This ticket is create a new feature in the puppet_agent module to defensively move the puppetres.dll file prior to MSI installation in order to avoid the file lock and thus the network stack restart.
