      Description

Apache cluster module allows advertising frequency to be changed from the default by the directive `AdvertiseFrequency` in `cluster.conf`. The class `apache::mod::cluster` and related template `apache/mod/cluster.conf.erb` can be improved in order to allow this directive to be included by a parameter.
