    Description

      The sign-off process should be triggered via status updates, linearly: QA -> Docs -> Module

      Once signed off, the Docs Representative must update the associated MODULE Sign-off ticket as follows:
      Status - Ready for Engineering
      Assignee - Modules Team Representative

      Pinging the Modules Team Representative in-person or via HipChat, to let them know that the ticket is ready for their sign-off, is also recommended.
