Add some basic provider tests to https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet/blob/master/spec/unit/type/scheduled_task_spec.rb verifying that the default Windows provider continues to be :win32_scheduledtask
Add provider test to https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet/blob/master/spec/unit/type/scheduled_task_spec.rb showing that :win32_scheduledtask2 may be used as a provider as well, but that it requires user opt-in
It might be useful to put these in a new file integration/type/scheduled_task_spec.rb but isn't a big deal if they end up in the existing file
