      Description

      Triggers support an ISO8601 style duration string as RandomDelay or Delay depending on the type of Trigger, however this is not available in the manifest specified by users.

      Determine if a single property of the manifest trigger hash delay is sufficient, or if there should be a delay and random_delay.
