facter_task : doesn't find Facter using registry on 32-bit Windows

Desired Behavior:

Should find facts.

Actual Behavior:

Fails to return facts. Digging in, it seems to run facter.exe rather than facter.bat and errors. Should be running facter.bat with its full path via the registry, but doesn't read the correct registry key.
