Description

~~MODULES-8172~~ and ~~MODULES-8175~~ both require a matrix of machines to test against:

A Puppet 5x master with one 5x agent node and one 6x agent node
A Puppet 6x master with one 5x agent node and one 6x agent node

This requires spinning up six machines and testing against them.
There should be a way to spin up this test environment repeatably from documentation/code.
