      Description

It seems Passenger has moved the location of their repo gpgkey. Current repo definition in the module points at the incorrect location.
      Module Version: 3.4.0
      Puppet Version: 5.5.6
      OS Name/Version: CentOS 7.5

_The module uses https://packagecloud.io/gpg.key but using the latest yum repo definition from passengers website directly has the repo gpgkey set to: https://packagecloud.io/phusion/passenger/gpgkey

Desired Behavior: Passenger repo gets setup and mod passenger is able to be installed via yum

Actual Behavior: Yum commands fail with  gpg failures

Please take a moment and attach any relevant log output and/or manifests. This will help us immensely when troubleshooting the issue.
