      Description

      Basic Info
      Module Version: 2.0.1
      Puppet Version: 5.3.3
      OS Name/Version: Ubuntu 16.0.4

      When running puppet agent -t. I get the following error:

      /etc/puppetlabs/code/environments# sudo puppet agent -t
      Info: Using configured environment '237343_AutomatePuppetAgentUpgrades'

      The line of code causing the issue is here:

      # When upgrading to 1.4.x or later remove pluginsync
      _$pkg_version = getvar('package_version')
      if (($_pkg_version == undef and $old_packages) or (versioncmp("${_pkg_version}", '1.4.0') >= 0))
      and !defined(Ini_setting["${section}/pluginsync"]) {

      Desired Behavior:
      class

      {'::puppet_agent': package_version => '5.5.8', }

      The above gets applied succesfully and the agent is upgraded from 5.3.3 to 5.5.8.
      Actual Behavior:

      Please take a moment and attach any relevant log output and/or manifests. This will help us immensely when troubleshooting the issue.
