      Description

      When a new database for mysql-community-server is added using eiher

      mysql::db { 'mydb':
      {{ user => 'myuser', }}{{
       password => 'mypass', }}{{
       host => 'localhost', }}{{
       grant => ['SELECT', 'UPDATE'], }}
      }

      OR

      create_resources(mysql::db, hiera('mysql::server::db', {}))

      Puppet agent returns:

      Error: Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 500 on SERVER: Server Error: no parameter named 'tls_options' at [..]/modules/mysql/manifests/db.pp:81 on Mysql_user[devtest@127.0.0.1] at [..]//modules/mysql/manifests/ db.pp:81 on node [nodename]

      db.pp line 81 is

      ensure_resource('mysql_user', "${user}@${host}", $user_resource)

      And $user_resource is:

      $user_resource = {ensure        => $ensure,password_hash => mysql::password($password),tls_options   => $tls_options,   }

      When tls_options is removed from $user_resource, the databases are created successfully.

      Expected result: Adding a new DB resource should just create a new DB.
