      Description

      Basic Info
      Module Version:
      puppetlabs-iis 4.5.1
      Puppet Version:
      6.4.0
      OS Name/Version:
      windows 2016
      Describe your issue in as much detail as possible...
      After removing iis features via powershell like so:
      Remove-WindowsFeature $features -remove
      Where the $features variable contains "web-webserver" and "web-scripting-tools", then applying the following manifest:
      {{$iis_features = ['Web-WebServer','Web-Scripting-Tools']

      iis_feature

      { $iis_features: ensure => 'present', }

      }}

      Puppet reports:
      {{Notice: Compiled catalog for gg9hnvokfa3h51v.delivery.puppetlabs.net in environment production in 0.19 seconds
      Notice: /Stage[main]/Main/Iis_feature[Web-WebServer]/ensure: created
      Notice: /Stage[main]/Main/Iis_feature[Web-Scripting-Tools]/ensure: created
      Notice: Applied catalog in 34.86 seconds}}

      However the powershell call Get-WindowsFeature $features shows those features to be removed still.

      Desired Behavior:
      Application of puppet manifest of puppetlabs-iis modules for ensuring that a feature us present reports a failures when the feature fails to install.

      Actual Behavior:
      Puppet reports application of manifest as sucessfull.
