      Description

      puppet firewall module incorrectly works with rules which name contains hyphens but doesn't have a space.

      Example:

      firewall { '000-a-b-c':
        proto  => 'icmp',
        action => 'accept',
      }

      As a result, iptables rule 000-a-b-c will be duplicated.

      My PR with a fix: https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs-firewall/pull/861
