      Description

From NSSM known issues list, the pxp-agent service will not run on the latest version of Windows 10 as a result of a change in that version. The problem is documented at https://nssm.cc/bugs:

Version 2.24: nssm may fail to launch services which do not have the AppNoConsole=1 setting configured on Windows 10 Creators Update.

I'm not certain if this setting will work properly in conjunction with pxp-agent, but it's a much simpler fix to verify than building NSSM 2.2.5 and debugging the failures observed in PA-1461.

We'll still want to eventually upgrade to 2.2.5 due to the other issues addressed, but making this service configuration change could buy us some time.
