Description
Currently we provide "Start Command Prompt with Puppet" but if UAC is enabled it defaults to starting the command prompt without administrator privileges. If you try to run puppet after that you get errors because puppet.conf isn't configured for this user.
It would be ideal if it prompted the user to elevate to administrator and failed if it cannot elevate.
Then there could be another option that explicitly allowed the user to run in a non-root situation.
