    Description

      When specifying a password in a user resource, the creation of that user fails in CentOS 7 and Oracle Linux 8 with the following error message:

      Error: Could not create user just4test: Execution of '[redacted]' returned 1: Error: Could not execute posix command: no implicit conversion of Integer into String
      Error: /Stage[main]/Gtstg_common_user::Lse/User[just4test]/ensure: change from 'absent' to 'present' failed: Could not create user just4test: Execution of '[redacted]' returned 1: Error: Could not execute posix command: no implicit conversion of Integer into String

      Creating the same user without password succeeds and adding the password later also succeeds.
