    Description

      Adding `INSTALLDIR\Puppet\puppet\bin` to windows PATH will make the system to use the Ruby provided by Puppet Agent AIO. This was causing issues with `gem` provider which is using Puppet's Ruby when installing packages.

      Components shipped in Puppet Agent AIO should not take precedence over system executables(eg. Ruby)
