    Description

      Running puppet agent -t returns the following error. Similar errors related to permissions have been seen as well. Initiating agent run from PE console or mco is successful. Removing agent and C:\Program\Data\Puppetlabs and installing 1.8.3 agent appears to resolve the issue

      PS C:\Windows\system32> puppet agent -t
      Error: Could not run Puppet configuration client: Permission denied @ rb_sysopen - C:/ProgramData/PuppetLabs/puppet/cach
      e/state/agent_catalog_run.lock
      Error: Could not run: no implicit conversion of Puppet::Util::Log into Integer
