Provide human-friendly message if the infile specified to import/anonymzie doesn't exist

      Description

      Currently, if you specify a file that doesn't exists you get this:

      12:17:54 ~/D/g/p/puppetdb (master) $ lein run – import -i herp.derp
      java.lang.AssertionError: Assert failed: (fs/exists? tar ball)

      A more human friendly message saying something along the lines of "You're an idiot, check your filename" would be helpful.
