PuppetDB installation from source documentation needs improvement

Hi Team,
As i am new to puppet, i try to install Puppet DB from source, and i find some notes which needs to improve which will be grateful for a new person to follow instructions.
While i Use the link :- *https://docs.puppet.com/puppetdb/4.3/install_from_source.html * for installation and configuration of Puppet DB from source. The steps needs to modified because before starting Puppet DB we need to configure PostgreSQL which should be written first, while it was after.
