Has a Puppet DB admin i believe the docs for puppetDB DLO are incorrect please review and amend.

https://puppet.com/docs/puppetdb/5.2/maintain_and_tune.html#clean-up-the-dead-letter-office refers to " /var/lib/puppetdb/mq/discarded (or /var/lib/pe-puppetdb/mq/discarded" in regards deadletter office for PuppetDB, I believe this is now managed by https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs-puppetdb/blob/master/manifests/server.pp#L290 and is `/opt/puppetlabs/server/data/puppetdb/stockpile/discard/` Docs need updating to reflect the change if true. (question was raised in #Puppet slack by end user)
