      • Performing PDK commands on a module that was last generated/converted/updated on an older version of PDK, should output a message informing the user to run pdk update.

    • This will warn a user if their module requires a pdk update, pdk convert, or pdk installation upgrade based on a comparison of the version displayed in their module's metadata and the installed PDK version.

    Description

      If a user is working in a module with an older version of PDK in the metadata than the one they are using, then output an INFO message recommending a pdk update.
