      .pdkignore template has been updated so that all development related files (e.g. Rakefile, Gemfile, tests under /spec/, CI configuration, etc) are not included when building module packages for publishing to the forge.

      The .pdkignore file should be ignoring git config, ci configs, and a few other files so that they don't end up in the built module package.
