      Similar to bug #17371 in 3.0.0

      Having in /etc/puppet/puppet.conf a setting:

      autosign = $confdir/autosign.conf {owner = service, group = service, mode = 664 }
      

      get the following:

      $ puppet master --configprint all
      Error: Could not get application-specific default settings: undefined method `owner=' for #<Puppet::Settings::AutosignSetting:0x000000020ed6f0>
