      Description

      There may be Win32 constant definitions that are based off of pointer length / bit-width, that may not work properly on x64.

      For instance, see the updated definition of INVALID_FILE_ATTRIBUTES

      New FFI gems should automatically be set with these, but for constants that we've defined, we need to double check.
