      Description

If a module download from forge fails the PMT treats the response as though it were a module and displays a checksum error instead of the error response from forge.

      clavelin:~ adreyer$ puppet module install --module_repository=http://forgeapi.dev puppetlabs-apache --modulepath=/tmp/mods
Notice: Preparing to install into /tmp/mods ...
      Notice: Downloading from http://forgeapi.dev ...
Error: Downloaded release for puppetlabs-apache did not match expected checksum
Error: Try 'puppet help module install' for usage

Since users may run into this with authorization it's important that PMT shows clear error messages.
