    Description

      This will incorporate https://github.com/djberg96/win32-eventlog/pull/10 fix that we need to upgrade the gems locally in puppet.

      Following that up we'll need to remove the patches from the puppet-win32-ruby repository.

      Remove the guards put in with https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet/pull/2991
