    Description

      A new version of the win32-service gem has come out that incorporates the changes for https://github.com/djberg96/win32-service/pull/18, https://github.com/djberg96/win32-service/pull/19, and https://github.com/djberg96/win32-service/issues/22. We are vendoring patches now in the puppet-win32-ruby repository, so those will need to be cleaned up as part of migrating to the latest gem dependency.
