Intermediatly working updates from puppet

We are getting below error while executing the command ‘puppet agent –t’ in the puppet client “Failed to apply catalog: Duplicate declaration:”. But found it is working intermediately, after we execute the update command 3 to 4 times continuously.

Puppet version: puppet-server-2.7.23-1.el6.noarch

Error1:

Failed to apply catalog: Cannot alias File[pam-system-auth] to ["/etc/pam.d/system-auth"] at /etc/puppet/modules/cis-rhel6/manifests/c0071.pp:14; resource ["File", "/etc/pam.d/system-auth"] already defined at /etc/puppet/modules/cis-rhel5/manifests/5c0071.pp:12

Error2:

Failed to apply catalog: Cannot alias File[profile] to ["/etc/profile"] at /etc/puppet/modules/cis-rhel6/manifests/c0076.pp:13; resource ["File", "/etc/profile"] already defined at /etc/puppet/modules/cis-rhel5/manifests/5c0052.pp:7
