      Description

      Hi,

I'm using puppet environment named 'testing'. The node used for testing purpose does not have internet access.

So when i want to install a module i use the command :
      #> puppet module install puppetlabs-stdlib-4.3.2.tar.gz --ignore-dependencies

And all run like a charme. But here the module ins not installed in the environment. So i added the option --environment. And then puppet always try to contact the forge.

So i am unable to install module with out internet access.
