      Description

When using the puppet module tool to generate a module the default license string is not a valid identifier provided by SPDX.

The current default value is 'Apache 2.0'. This should be 'Apache-2.0'.

The current puppetlabs documentation already has the correct value
      https://docs.puppetlabs.com/puppet/latest/reference/modules_publishing.html#write-a-metadatajson-file

Currently anyone using default value for license when creating a module will fail metadata linting and be marked down by forge's scoring.
