      Description

I'm getting the following failed test case when running the acceptance test suite:

      Failed Tests Cases:
Test Case tests/modules/install/already_installed_elsewhere.rb reported: #<Minitest::Assertion: Error that module was already installed was not displayed.
      Expected /pmtacceptance-nginx.*is already installed/ to match "\e[mNotice: Preparing to install into /etc/puppet/modules ...\e[0m\n\e[mNotice: Downloading from https://forgeapi.puppetlabs.com ...\e[0m\n\e[mNotice: Installing -- do not interrupt ...\e[0m\n/etc/puppet/modules\nā””ā”€ā”€ pmtacceptance-nginx (\e[0;36mv0.0.1\e[0m)\n".>

When using the acceptance test command

      be rake ci:test:git CONFIG=config/nodes/rhel7.yaml SHA=improvement/master/PUP-3254-Remove_Modulefile_functionality PUPPET_FORK=andersonmills

but when running by hand in the same branch, I get

      cheddar:~/puppet/src/puppet (improvement/master/PUP-3254-Remove_Modulefile_functionality)$ be puppet module install jeffmccune-motd --version 1.0.3
Notice: Preparing to install into /Users/anderson/.puppet/modules ...
Notice: Module jeffmccune-motd 1.0.3 is already installed.
