    Description

      New or existing package provider for Windows that relies on chocolatey.

      I think the current canonical version is https://github.com/chocolatey/puppet-chocolatey, which is on the forge as http://forge.puppetlabs.com/rismoney/chocolatey.

      Bring this over to puppetlabs (or chocolatey) namespace and update it for the new choco.exe

      Add/update specs (this is likely where some major improvements will come through)
