      Description

      I would like to use different ENC settings based on environment.

      This would mean I could put this line in puppet master's puppet.conf:
      external_nodes = $confdir/environments/$environment/enc.rb

      Currently, $environment in that example is read from "environment" variable in [master] on puppet master.

      This would be useful to have the enc.rb script as part of git branch environments, so it could be changed and tested before being applied to production.
