      Description

Declaring the filebucket resource and assigning for File in site.pp for a Puppet 4 and agent 1.x doesn't work as expected.
      As shown here:
      https://docs.puppetlabs.com/references/latest/type.html#filebucket
The filebucket is set with path=>false yet when a file is edited on a puppet agent run, the run fails because Puppet tries to backup the old file to a local /etc/puppetlabs/code/environments/myenv folder which of course only exists on the Puppet Master, the node in that myenv only has "production" in its local environment path.
